I have already submited "pyhton-liblarch" for review, I didn't
submited "gtg" yet because to be able to run "gtg" and check if
everything is ok, I need first to re-add "liblarch", as it is a
dependency of "gtg".

Hey Miguel.
Since these packages were retired so long ago, they need to be
re-reviewed before they can be re-added.
Can you submit reviews of the updated versions of them?
If I can find the time I'd be happy to then review and sponsor you.
If not, hopefully someone else can. ;)
