Maybe it's just a UI issue and the message bus filter still gets
applied, but that's not clear from the Pagure web interface at all.
Can we please fix this?
In the past, commit notifications have been advertised as a security
feature, so their lack is quite worrying because it will not allow us to
spot account misuse quickly.
