Yes, thats the right place. firewall-config is a subpackage of firewalld. See: https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/firewall-config/overview/
components are by source rpm.

You forgot the: rpm -qi firewall-config | grep "Source RPM" call which will show it's generated from the "firewalld" source RPM.
