Hi All,
There's a new devel release of the above just landed. I'll be looking to get them into rawhide over the new couple of days but there's been quite some change so I'm going to deal with it all locally first to see what the impact is before I push it.

Glad I read this although I already starting updating the packages for myself. Work just make me get an iPhone when I was perfectly happy with my android phone but it's a 5s and I can't mount it which this update is supposed to fix.
Thanks, Richard

There's still other components of this update that are missing, I need a new package review [1] if someone can review that, plus there's still some bits for other components that are still landing upstream.

Slightly later than planned but this has now landed, I've rebuilt all the dependencies and I'm just cleaning up one of the last packages now. It should be all on it's way for the next rawhide compose.

Awesome! Are there plans to update F20 at least as well? If not, I'll grab the rawhide SRPMs and just rebuild them for my own use...
Thanks, Richard

Probably, I want it to settle a little first and make sure we get as many bugs as possible in rawhide first before landing it in the stable, exactly as I've stated all along. I'd sooner the distro remain stable than have it less stable and support a closed device :-)

Ok, sounds good, let me know if it would be helpful for me to test on my F20 system. If you want to provide scratch builds that's fine or I'll build them locally in mock.
Thanks, Richard
Ok, I have built F20 versions of the 3 libraries from your rawhide builds and rebuilt the rest of the dependency chain with the current F20 versions and was able to get good build and installed them. Since I did it remotely I'll have to wait until I get home from work to test it out.
Thanks, Richard
Ok, things have been busy but I finally got a chance to try it out. I'm not getting repeated "Trust this computer" prompts on the phone anymore but in this case I don't think that's a good thing. I see two entries in Nautilus but they are inaccessible, something about a bus timeout. Here's the relevant parts from dmesg:
