Announcing the creation of a new nightly release validation test event
for Fedora 32 Rawhide 20191129.n.0. Please help run some tests for this
nightly compose if you have time. For more information on nightly

I manually created this event - the bot won't do it as we nominated
20191127.n.0 only two days ago, but the SELinux showstopper is fixed in
today's compose so it's much more testable than 20191127.n.0 was.
