Please test this on i386, x86-64 and ppc FC2. Patched x86-64 and your
IRC reconnnect fix, also changed the default profile a bit.

Seems to work ok. The MSN plugin still doesn't show me the "invalid
username", but that's not a serious bug nor related to any of these bugs
or your changes.
