Koji doesn't display any update for F28 or older, so which candidate
build do you refer to? For Rawhide F29 you don't need to file update
tickets in bodhi.
You are right... I only did a rawhide build... but that is no
longer the case

And I'm still having the problem... the update system is only
showing rpcsvc-proto-devel instead rpcsvc-proto which is definitely
since rpcsvc-proto-devel is part of the rpcsvc-proto package.
