Hi Robbie,
I am not totally missing in action (at least not yet)
I am just super involved with some pretty big work projects and (for
the fun of it) with some big private projects at the same time.
That is why I could not jump in to take care of these outstanding bugs
and put in the care I would like to put in for my packages. This stuff
will go on till early next year... :/. I would like to come back with
much more time once this stuff is done.
Okay, so here's the problem. Not only have you not been maintaining
your packages, but you also haven't been communicating with *anyone* as
far as I can tell. You certainly haven't been answering your NEEDINFOs
on bugzilla.
Do you plan to hand off packages you no longer have time for? For
instance, wine is being handled by mooninite, and dosbox by fcami, but
they're not primary maintainer. More importantly, what about packages
for which you have no co-maintainer?
As it is all about collaboration I am more than happy for you to
jump
in and help with the rxvt stuff if you are interested in it.
Yes, I'm happy to help with that. My understanding is that we need to
coordinate moving the terminfo files with ncurses and that's the only
obstacle. So it requires commit bits.
Are your comaintainers runcom and jamielinux inactive?
I will try to have a look at the pressing issues next week and see
what I can cook up with the spare time I have on my hands atm.
Okay.
Thanks,
