The plan is to put the translated versions of the docs up on
http://www.redhat.com/docs/. I just haven't gotten to it yet because
of other priorities (like the project).
Take the time you need to make it clean like the current
http://rhl.redhat.com/. There is not urgency.
There used to be some
available on the non-US sites such as
www.europe.redhat.com, but I'm
not sure if they are still there.
