I knew about that, but I don't use dnsmasq, I use dnscache.
In that case, how about we add a plugin for dnscache too? Though we are
in the process of figuring out a more generic interface, so that for
example dnscache itself could distribute a plugin for NM instead of
having to build this stuff into NM.

The per connection stuff needs to be set up for each AP though, so is a
pain to use for generic settings.
