Have you reported any bugs? Otherwise, how do you expect problems to be fixed?

Afraid I can't offer any feedback on fedup or the new installer. I do
know the F18 live cd builds I've been trying work okay with nouveau on
a Geforce 9400, have a GT 640 too, but haven't done much testing with
it yet.
