No. I just pushed a new upstream release as an update for Fedora 15.

Note that Gnote is not the default in Fedora 15 anymore. Desktop team
has changed that although I am not sure why.
It doesn't integrate into GNOME 3 any more, since it relies on a panel
applet and GNOME 3 doesn't support those.
