insecurely, use `--no-check-certificate'. Unable to establish SSL
connection.
pypi have been working on getting a CDN working recently. I think they
consider what they have in place now as working, though.
I'm finding that the pypi urls work on Fedora (tested wget on F17 and
rawhide) but they do not on RHEL5 and RHEL6.
