systemd includes a bash-completion script for systmctl. Enabling bash
completion by default would then benefit those making the transition to
systemd
Similarly for gsettings and dconf. However, I think the trick is
mitigating the problems that plague network-connected users. The type
of user who opens up a shell to make use of completion functions
starts looking a lot more like the type of user who will run into
those problems.
