No, that's not how it works. While you're a secondary architecture you
get to take responsibility for making stuff work yourself. If a package
maintainer is willing to volunteer time and effort to making things work
then that's a bonus, but if they're not then someone who cares about ARM
has to take responsibility.
That's correct and you'll find that that's what I've been doing for
2.5+ years now, but we're talking about Primary here... and in primary
it's everyone's responsibility...
BTW where's the secondary bit documented?
