Please no, it had changed that caused problems when it was bumped in
rawhide that may or may not have been pulled back. I don't think it's
worth the risk.
Actually parted 3.1 fixes a major bug in 3.0: that it sends error
messages to stdout which makes it virtually impossible to parse the
output of the parted command in programs (RHBZ#745606).
