But users shouldn't typically install libraries in isolation, the
typical
way they get on the system is that an application that the user installs
pulls them in, and then only the matching variant should be installed.
Many dependencies don't specify the arch, so could work with one of them.
There are also a few other things like virtual provides for "webclient"
or "mta", but those are way fewer than multilib packages which can really
make a big difference on x86_64.
