I'm not seeing that here (Although I haven't rebooted yet today).
More information would be of help:
1. Check logs and see exactly what was updated. Do any of those
things
look suspect? glibc or kde base libs (since it sounds like you are in
kde?)
glibc, kde-runtime, boost and many others as previous update was on 2nd
June. Reverting requires fetching all updates from koji as
glibc 2.23.90-19 got GLIBC_2.24 symbol.
2. Check selinux avcs and/or boot/switch to permissive, do things
start
working then?
Nothing new in avcs.
3. Try another DE and see if the problem happens there?
XFCE session ends with monitor shutting down ;(
Pulseaudio ends with dummy outputs too.
