I semi-watched it. There were some failed scripts, but nothing glibc
related as far as I recall.
You might want to look for other duplicate packages which might have
also failed to cleanup correctly.
There were some of those, but the main cause was glibc. After
reinstalling that I could chroot() into the system again. The
rest will be reinstalled after rebooting.
