Where's the System Wide Change for F28 for this? I can only see

mention adding "-z defs". Please revert this as soon as possible.
Sorry, just found out it's part of
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/BINUTILS2291 . The Change is
misnamed, as the only important thing is the linker flags change.
Please rename it.
