The
fedoranews.org server where it is hosted is down as I write this,
but there is GYUM - I think it's new and I haven't tried it yet, so I
can't vouch it:

It is promising, but needs some work (and some of the gui touch of
synaptic). Main problem is that it appears to hang while yum is
loading... (which can take a while), and lacking of nice sorting
functions seen in synaptic.
