Well, the CLA is a essentially a registration agreement, right? Well, a
plugin could be written into Enano to require agreement during the
registration process, essentially a clickthrough CLA.

Actually its got nothing to do with spam its the legal requirement of a
CLA. We're working for a clickthrough cla that will fix that.
