Petr:

I reran my build and it is picking up the old version.  Is this an issue in brew/dist-git?  Am I expected to change my
Makefile and produce another release (doesn't seem reasonable)?

Your failed build used a faulty binutils-2.35.1-11.fc34. The crash should be
fixed in binutils-2.35.1-12.fc34 which has been available since Tuesday. You
should update your system to receive the updated binutils pacakage.
