So, it looks like the desktop team isn't interested in picking up beagle
(and they're most of the people in the commit/watchcommit) for the
package. If no one else is willing to take ownership, I think we should
block the package for rawhide and list it as retired for not having
someone interested in working on it.
It does not even build on rawhide right now (epiphany related breakage).
I dropped it due to lack of time (which is worse rather than better
now) but nobody responded to my mail where I was searching for a new
maintainer.
