Come on. Outside or inside RH, we are on the same boat. There are
problems which needs to be resolved. I don't understand why you paint it
as some conspiracy.
Just as an example this might be one of the issues I am referring to:

This prevented Ceph to land for a few days, but once this is polished
out, it will increase quality of Fedora.
