yum --disablerepo=updates-testing
or
{editor} /etc/yum.repos.d/fedora-updates-testing.repo
Or if you have updates-testing off by default but want to test a
specific package then yum --enablerepo updates-testing update foo will
do it for the package foo that you want to test
