Having an entry in an rpm-header containing the last change might be
useful for users being interested in the reason for a new rpm release,
but I fail to understand why having a full %changelog-history inside of
rpms or metadata files is useful.
All that means is you never maintained a complex RH/FC system for a long
period.
rpm changelogs are the first line of defense to understand what the heck
happened to hose a long-working system. On Raw Hide they are as vital as
the admin coffee.
