What fix do you propose for the Openjdk8 side of the problem?
Turns out, OpenJDK 8 was rely on some weird edge case. I haven't looked
into it yet, but there's a one-liner fix someone pointed me to [1], so
OpenJDK 8 should be easy to fix. I am just surprised that a major change
went in at such a surprising time (middle of mass rebuild).
