Looks like packages it depended on were orphaned, almost a year ago (?)

Forgive me, but I have a really hard time parsing those massive reports (especially when they appear in an active list like this).

But, it looks like that was due to  erlang-jsx being orphaned, which affected libthrift-java, which affected accumulo and a bunch of others. It looks like erlang-jsx was picked back up, and in any case, I'm pretty sure it was an optional dependency of libthrift-java, so it could have been fixed by the thrift developer (by dropping erlang support) even if erlang-jsx was dropped.

So, I don't think that report a year ago caused the situation we're in today.
