I think it would be simple enough if there was not the explicit
conflict with pulse audio [1]. The instruction could be "Disable PA
service and install PW".
Better solution would be if pulseaudio-module-bluetooth did not depend
on pulseaudio.
Just FTR, this is the situation on Rawhide:
