It's difficult to judge what package "the leading" groupware will be
(if any), but until now I'd put my coins on OGo. I have only globally
compared all the options (including suites like Horde etc.), but all
options are either a complex mess (and extremely difficult to package)
or they lack functionality or a big community (or both).
Yes finding a good Free groupware is not easy, I would almost dare to
say there are no good Free groupwares :-/ They all have some problems or
missing features, most of them have the "major pain to setup" problem
though, like OGo.
