How can it be easier than this line in /etc/dhcp/dhclient-eth0-up-hooks:
new_domain_name_servers="127.0.0.1 $new_domain_name_servers"
This worked until recently on Fedora 12:
$ cat /etc/dhclient-eth1.conf
interface "eth1" {
supersede domain-name-servers 127.0.0.1;
}
