So ... it's now over a month since the AMA, and none of those things
have actually happened yet?

There is a community blog post coming up, it was supposed to be published last week, but I have not gotten the time to add answers to the hackmd

No answers from GitLab? No updated hackmd document? No devel list

This is coming after that blog post.

I can share some dates now that things have been updated over the last few days.
The blog post is scheduled for publishing on Friday 16th Oct. We wanted to include a link to the completed hackmd in the post too so until that was done we needed to hold off. And that's since been worked on by Clement (thanks Clement!) who was waiting on GitLab to provide the answers, which they finished doing so last week (thanks to the people over there!). Ben Cotton has put the blog together (thanks Ben!) and has been waiting on me to add my piece to it yet. Its been on my todo so sorry for the delay here.
Then next Friday, 23rd October, I would like to start sending a weekly 'topic' to the devel lists with the grouped questions and answers from the hackmd doc for more specific discussion.
I hope that makes sense to everyone. That way posts and emails are not lost if they come out in a staggered format.

posts for dedicated topics?
I can't say I'm surprised, but I'm disappointed. Again.

Sorry if that is taking to much time and does not meet your expectations.

I can only echo Clements statement here. We are all only human and trying our best. I do understand it can be frustrating though, I totally acknowledge that, so thank you for your patience as it is appreciated.
