I don't want to short the "long tail" of reviewers, so perhaps we
could arrange for a smaller but still significant reward for people
who did more than "N" reviews.
Yeah, we briefly discussed in the Package Review sig perhaps having a
random drawing of folks that completed x-number of reviews for a period
of time (something like 3 months), and sending them some form of Fedora
