I agree. Fedora should follow its purposes. RPM Changelogs are
should be supported for supported Fedora, maybe even the most recent
Fedora Legacy. Anyone upgrading from an ancient release expects to do a
more research than `rpm -qi --changelog package`.
Extremely historic Changelogs are a nuisance that just add noise to the
important information-- what has changed since the last RPM.
