Ideally, if deltarpms are a success as they promise to be why touch
the repofiles at all and not simply just download the plugin and ready
you are?
This would also allow repo to slide in presto support w/o having to
notify their users to modify repofiles etc. So today you install
presto and only a couple of repos support it and automagically you get
more and more repos that spare your bandwidth w/o the user doing
anything more.
