Eclipse packages are now being shipped as modules which have all dependencies for a particular Eclipse upstream version (e.g. 2019-06).  In the past,
you would install latest everything needed and no real easy way to go backwards or have different versions installed.  A number of dependencies that this package relies on have all
been abandoned as ordinary packages and have moved into modules and I can't possibly maintain them.

The Eclipse CDT will still be available, just not from this package.
