They already are quite different between *nixes,shell variants and linux
distro's which is why the skilled administrator would overwrite *his*
preference over the default while *our* default would be clearly displaying
the fqdn of the host to avoid any kind of administrative mishaps.
Thank you for the put down. However, firstly I'm not referring to the
fqdn issue, but the mention of dropping user name and secondly I'm not
the administrator of all the systems I use. I was simply trying to
provide some user input here.
