Actually I was trying to insinuate *you* are the one insulting the
intelligence of these fine hard working people of science.
Rest assured I wouldn't insult a group I'm proud to be part of. And as
written in the parts you trimmed, this group is better off working on
science than on trying to avoid static linking by doing runtime
package accounting, writing wrappers and so forth.
