Unfortunately Arjan and Dave are out of range of my torture kit so all I
can do is bitch at them as well (and if need be release rival kernel rpms
which would be a pita to have to do)
Odd. I thought we had come to a compromise on this which went along
the lines of..
if device is an IDE CD drive
print "use /dev/hd? directly"
passthrough to usual ide-scsi foo.
