Actually, the little flowery thingy that pops up after the error works
if you press OK first. It then enables you to actually enter username
and password...
I couldn't get the flowery thingy to work. Didn't see any OK to push
(other than the warning about the missing file), but clicked madly on
things for a while just in case something was wonky(er)
