And an arguable abuse of the process, a submitter setting karma: 1 and then
giving their own update the requisite karma++ to get it pushed to stable
almost immediately. :(
My recollection is that FESCo has specifically decided that maintainers
must not +1 their own updates, but this does not appear to be stated
anywhere in the updates policy:
