No, we separate plugin packages, impexp has the libcroco dependency
because of librsvg.
Which leads to an increase in package bloat. But that's another
argument for another day.
But as said, if that was a problem, then it should be a problem for
the
rest of GNOME too.
There aren't that many things that use librsvg to be perfectly honest,
and most of them have versions being targeted for GNOME 2.6 and so were
being rebuilt at the same time anyway.
