I long ago put Ralf on my own > /dev/null rule, mainly due to the
vagueness of the attacks without offering anything constructive.
That's what makes it extra frustrating as it relates to the code of
conduct: "When we disagree, we try to understand why." Ralf's frequent
inability or unwillingness to elucidate makes understanding his
complaints impossible. A purposeful personal attack at least has the
potential to make forward progress, but Ralph just takes his shot and
then runs.
