That isn't optimus, at least not as I understand optimus, it's two Nvidia
PCIe cards:

04:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GT218 [GeForce 210]
Optimus means one card renders in the other cards framebuffer and only
one of them actually scans out that framebuffer and puts it on screen.
