Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place, but F24 "llc -version" does not
show mips, which is in the list of secondary architectures here:

Should "Mips" be added to LLVM_TARGETS_TO_BUILD?
Eep, you are correct. I have another llvm build I need to submit
