That is not possible because Bouml is not Free Software anymore.
Bouml 7 is "free" as in beer, but not Free Software, and therefore not
allowed in Fedora. (The intermediate versions 5 and 6 were also proprietary
and required the purchase of a license.) 4.21 is the last version we can
ship, and so this needs to be treated like any other software that is dead
upstream.
