Raspberry Pi is an ARMv6 device, so no. I have no idea about Cubieboard.
Cubieboard is an Allwinner A10 device which is ARMv7 so will be
supported once it lands upstream. The core SoC support is there and
enabled but it's not much use without storage and various other bits.
Networking landed in mainline kernel yesterday for example.
