This is going too far, IMHO, because it comes close to the opposite of
"common sense". ;)
Well I doubt that HIPAA or ISO9xxx (or other govt documentation
processes) are long on common sense.. I have to come up with a set of
methods for doing this to make sure that developers have a clear
documented process... that they can then ignore :P
