Why can't those simple Provides just stay in forever? I really don't see the
point of removing them. It only breaks things.
The Provides should stay in. Killing the Obsoletes is enough. In fact,
fixing the Provides so that it is versioned would be a good thing,
too. It also has to be done to Fedora 24, since we support N-2 upgrades.
